| - I have been a fuzz member for two months and started off with really liking it, but I have come to learn that they are not consistent at all with their service, it is very hit or miss! I requested a wax for my very pregnant sister and asked the receptionist to include 3 important notes to have her waxing experience go smoothly- the receptionist failed to include the notes, as I later realized upon inquiry after an unpleasant wax, and my sister is officially terrified of ever coming back here. When I later called to speak to a manager about the problem, she said it was a problem with the receptionists- did not offer a refund or even partial refund for not holding up their end of the bargain, which was to follow the notes. I can not tell you enough how long I spoke to the receptionist about including these notes, there was definitely no confusion, she simply did not put it in. The pricing they charge is not up to par with the services they give- if you expect to charge a certain amount higher than other waxing places, than I expect good service to go along with it, along with rectifying any mistakes made on your behalf. If you do go here, keep in mind its not a place that will "take care of everything"- you definitely have to stay on your toes and check up on them. All in all, will definitely go about cancelling my membership after this very disappointing experience.
