  • My friend and I had been planning new ink for a while (my first), and we decided to finally do it while we were in Vegas. I called them to make sure walk-ins were ok, and Scott told me "totally". Really cool vibe, modern shop in the heart of Downtown Vegas, so I found stuff to do while I waited for my friend. Scott and the other artist in the shop (can't remember his name, sorry) were really great guys, made sure I was 110% satisfied with the design, and made me feel reassured about the experience. The price was very reasonable for what I had done (my home state on my ankle, Massachusetts represent!!) and it's healed wonderfully. Plus I heard afterwards that King Ruck (the owner) was on Ink Master? Cool trivia, and makes me feel even more confident about the talent of the guys there. If I'm ever getting the itch in Vegas again, I'll go back to Scott and Black Spade in a heartbeat.
