  • You can't take a better vacation from the city than a visit to the pools at Body Blitz. Give yourself lots of time to enjoy the circuit of the saltwater pool, infared sauna, ice plunge, eucalyptus steam, rain showers, and green tea hot tub. The perfect place to catch up with a friend - there is nothing to do but talk while you lay back and relax (except for the quiet areas, expect to be shushed in the sauna if you're not the only ones there!). It's definitely pricey - so I'd recommend visiting for just the waters on a cheap tuesday. Or, if you're lucky enough to have full benefits, book some time with their registered massage therapists and the waters are included. They also have a beautiful dressing room for afterwards. Get ready in their fully mirrored room with stools and hairdryers for all. They also have body lotion and basic beauty products available to use. I really don't get the complaint comments about nudity. It's a water spa - in any venue outside North America the swimsuits woud be more rare. I've never encountered any fellow guests there - dressed or nude - that has made me feel uncomfortable. Wear what makes you feel comfortable, and don't pass judgement on the other guests.
