  • Been living here for 3 months and I hate it already. First of all there is this "waiting list" just to get a parking spot, I live on the seventh floor and I can count over 60+ spots open every single night and their guess parking is always full its ridiculous that I have to park half mile away because Roosevelt point can't even give me an assigned spot. Also the hallways and elevators are always dirty, tons of noise at night and when you go to the office to make a complaint all the kids in the office don't know what to do because they have no idea what they are doing. Till this date I've never seen an actual manager there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
