  • Chris the manager called me back due to my BBB complaint. He compensated my cost of $40 (in the form of 2 bushes) I paid an independent worker to remove the second half of the tree, additional branch, and debris left on my driveway by the Moon Valley workers under David's direction. He also scheduled a delivery to have my tree re-staked/straightened with their own equipment. [Insert from my previous review] "...But i did tell him I was disappointed in his misrepresentation of Moon Valley's business practices..." Chris said he does not know where David the driver came up with the additional cost in cash to remove my dead tree from but it isn't normal customer service practice by them. Note for future customers: Don't hand over cash on the spot if you're not getting a receipt or any other documentation of that purchase. 4 stars for MVN and responding/resolving a complaint.
