I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because I thought their service was excellent the first time I visited Dr. Yesnick's office in March 2014. I started to become a little iffy after I called the office back same day to ask for my prescription since I noticed they never handed it to me once my exam was over like most places do. The lady who answered my question over the phone said "we'll always have it available for you here anyway." I'm guessing they are very adamant of trying to keep their patients from buying their glasses and contacts elsewhere. I ended up retrieving my prescription anyway, so I let it go.
I called back months later to get a quote on how much my contact lenses would cost if I bought it with them. they took my name down including my insurance info so they could get the best possible deal for me. the woman on the phone quoted about $90 dollars for a year supply, so I told them I'd call back once I got back home from vacation.
so anyway, I ended up using my glasses for most of the year until I decided to finally go in the office and order contacts. guess what? there were two boxes for me already available that was under my name and they only charged me tax (around $8.) I asked the girl who rung up my order if I had to pay anything else later on or if there was something wrong with my insurance and she said no. mind you this was around October, and it was only a 6 month supply. now I am getting sent a bill that claims I am 120+ days without a payment and this is my first time receiving a notice! plus the bill is around $104 and never in my life have I paid no more than $100 for my contact lenses, and they're not even astigmatism lenses! I probably won't be returning, and I'll go back to buying my contact lenses online.
