  • Hands down, top 3 places to eat in Charlotte and surrounding. Tonight- there was a bit of a wait, always a good sign in my eyes, and boy was it worth it. Greeted by the hostess, friendly and efficient. 40 minutes later, we were taken to our table. Our server, Jabari, was prompt and knowledgeable. Took our drink orders, went over the specials and answered all of our questions as this was our first time here. Drinks were delivered in a timely fashion. Took our orders, all were correct when they hit the table. My husband has the burger with a fried egg (not on the menu but they accommodated. My mother in law had the special, a fish over rice. My meal, front and center trumped them all! Chicken fried chicken, mac n cheese and their fries. It was amazing. Best ever. Dessert was s'mores topped with sea salt Chocolate covered bacon. Jabari's recommendation knocked it out of the park! This guy deserves an award!
