  • The young lady working made us get all the wrong stuff for our new rats. We got two new rats and we later found out that we got too small of a cage, too big of a water bottle (which led to our rats not having any water for two days), she wouldn't let us get another rat from another litter which I've totally done before. We got two female rats of the same litter. Now we have wasted almost $150 on items we now have to replace.
