  • Beware of this company. I paid them $225.00 to find a leak in my swimming pool and they claimed it was a valve problem. I then paid $6000.00 to have the pool replastered as well as new plumbing installed to fix the valve issue. We've just discovered the pool is still leaking and Accurate Leak Detection's assessment was completely wrong. The property manager has called Linda several times to have them come back to find where the leak is coming from and has been informed by her that the owner, Chris, will contact him ("It's out of my hands."). It's been three weeks and Chris has done nothing to contact us. I wrote to him and requested that ALD either re-assess the pool or return the money I paid them for finding absolutely nothing and have also been ignored. As far as I'm concerned, these guys are crooks and obviously have no idea what they're doing. My next step will be taking them to Small Claims Court. What a waste of time and money this has been. "Accurate" Leak Detection? Yeah, right...
