Sooooo unimpressive. I was referred to this clinic for treatment by my PCM after a series of blood tests. They cancelled my first appointment via voicemail the night prior saying the Dr was no longer available. Weeks later I finally get in again, and I didn't even get brought back until nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment time- I pointed that out and received no apology whatsoever. A while later, a PA came in and started talking about blood tests they need to order prior to treatment. I said I had already had the tests and didn't want to waste time re accomplishing them. Naturally they didn't have the tests from my PCM. The PA left to make a call about them. A while later the Dr came in and started blaming my PCM for them not having the test results- they supposedly requested them the day prior, as he says is their policy. That of course doesn't explain how they didn't get the tests from the first time they would have requested them for the appointment they ended up cancelling the night prior. The Dr goes on to say none of this is his or his staffs fault, and also declines to apologize for the 1 hr wait. My appointment had to be rescheduled again, because after 90 minutes, I was out of time and needed to leave. I'm sure they will try to bill my insurance for the super late appointment that they were not prepared to conduct. Is this what customer service is now? Literally, an apology was the very least they could have done...and they not only didn't, but declined to. Based on my experience so far, it would appear this clinic has no accountability and no compassion for their customers. That is a leadership issue, and makes me believe this is probably par for the course at this clinic rather than 1 bad day.
