Our fridge had gave up after 8yrs so we had to get a new one. It was the next day when we went into sears to look for one and it happen to be on a day they had 15% off deal. Bob the assistance manager was very patient in helping us make our decision since we weren't really sure what we wanted quite yet. He was not pushy nor was he trying to give us any sales pitch. He sympathize with us and said they can deliver the next day or when delivery is available.
I scored this place 2stars because I came in on a Sunday and bought the fridge to be delivered Tuesday. However come Tuesday no fridge. I called and spoke to a different rep because Bob was not in. He told me it might of been a misunderstanding and will refund my card immediately. I was upset since I told them I had no fridge and needed one ASAP. When I looked on the screen for a deliver date I saw it was the upcoming Tuesday not a full week later. Overall I was not happy with the experience and had to go without a fridge for 4days, when there are many appliance stores out there that offers delivery the next day.
