| - Unfortunately we're giving this low of a score due to I purchased TWO cars from this dealership, the sales rep was great but the expierance wasn't so good. We were told that the cars were approved and financed and we should be getting the green slips within 2 weeks, as we waited we kept receiving denial letters, when I reached out to the rep he said they kept telling us not to worry everything was okay. We also seemed to get calls from banks to verify information, but every time I brought it to the dealerships attention they kept saying to brush it off and it's okay. At the end of the day 3 payments were removed from our account for the cars we had traded in and were supposed to be paid off, and now that we got the "green slips" 4 days before we have to pay another large amount sum to register the vehicles, we talked to the dealership to see if they could push the payment back for the new vehicles for another 45 days, since we've been paying our previous cars still and they denied us. we also asked if we could get another 30 days to do the registration, and they also denied us. now we're stuck having to pay the car payments soon, plus registration and another possible payment for our previous cars since they still haven't paid them off yet. The last thing that the rep had told us was that he tried to get the registration tooken care of since we had such a bad expierance with them, but he told us that upper management still hasn't approved of the registration to be covered as registration is due in 2 days now.
So update on the situation all the countered us with on 9-15-16 was $500! We spent about a 100k in merchandise, we purchased a truck a "laramie" truck that's supposed to be equipped wth all the works but it doesn't even have navigation. Just for our truck alone it's 700 for registration for the car it was 575 but they only countered with 500. Thanks prestige for the great customer service.
