  • So.......................... the customer service was great. The man who made my reservation was awesome, we cracked a lot of jokes & the service man who came out ,did, from what I can tell, a good job. My chandelier is working just fine and is still hanging. lol The reason I'm writing this, is more or less a form of venting. These guys charged an arm & leg for installation of a chandelier. A single light fixture, not extravagant, 10 ft. tall ceiling. WOW!! I guess they saw a sucker when they saw me, I had no idea how much this type of work was supposed to cost, but I feel taken advantage of! They made more than a doctor. I had a gut feeling something was up when the service man inspected the job, & then said he needed to go outside real quick and call his boss to see about the price. He must have come back in with the "blatantly over-priced rip you off because your a woman and have no idea how much this shit costs" price list. I just hired another electrician for a fraction of the price, he did the same stuff the other dude did. I'm super irritated with the pricing!!!!! Won't be calling them again, which sucks because the guys were cool.
