I tool my Wrangler in to diagnose an oil leak. The service writer was friendly and prompt with a diagnose. Their technician found I needed to be replace my driveshaft(?? For an oil leak? ) and my oil pan gasket needed to be replaced. The cost was $2000). I had been under the Jeep when I discovered the oil leak, the pan was clearly visible and clearly not leaking. I went for a second opinion at Greg Clark Automotive. My rear main seal is leaking and the cost to repair is $830. Absolutely inexcusable for a dealer's professional technician to be 100 percent wrong about a simple oil leak. I will never go back. My next Jeep purchase will not be from Bill Luke. I will also be contacting the general manager.
