  • This place is a joke. I purchased my used Audi A4 from here September 2012 but I thought I should share my experience. Booked an appointment and went in to speak to used car saleswoman, Ildiko Futo regarding a used A4. Viewed the car and began talking about a deal. I told her I would come back on Friday to finished the deal once my buddy who owns a mechanic shop sees the car and test drives it. Came back on Friday only for my mechanic friend to find out the car was in a rear end collision. He was able to find out by the poor paint job and repairs done. I was a bit upset that this was not disclosed and the saleswoman was not there that day so another employee began helping us and suggested another A4 they had on the lot. The person was not a car salesperson so we did the test drive with them but ended up doing the deal with the manager Andrew LePage, who wasn't half bad. We put a deposit down on the car and decided to come back the following Monday to seal the deal. Came back Monday and the manager forwarded us to another car salesperson (Paul Madjarian). Paul was a miserable guy with a terrible attitude but the deal was half decent so we wanted to get it over with. After signing the deal, on our way out we get stopped by Ildiko Futo the original saleswoman and get bitched at by her for not doing the deal with her. I explained to her that she attempted to sell us a collision vehicle but she became hostile, raised her voice and said "I didn't know that"! I responded saying "it's your job to know" and left. Picked my car up two days later only to find it still wet and not detailed. Ask Paul about it and his response was "cars get dirty and scratched anyway", I told him I want the car detailed and he responded with "you have already paid for the car, I have no control over this now". I was furious and left the dealership. I received a review paper by Audi of Canada and gave them a terrible review and requested they call me, which they never did. A short year after, the car began having troubles and broke down on the highway. I called Midtown Audi only for them to deny me warranty work and claim "the vehicle was never purchased from them and they have no record of the vehicle". I told them I know who I purchased it from and have the paperwork but the receptionist hung up on me. I called back and asked why the hung up and she did it again. After that I gave up and called Uptown Audi and had my vehicle serviced there under warranty Avoid this dealership AT ALL COSTS.
