  • Unfortunately, I had these guys install an alarm in my house. The install was only okay, a 7/10, but the follow up customer service with the alarm monitoring is absolutely horrible. After they forgot to bill me for nearly 2 years they tried to con me into another 3 year contract. When i read the contract they tried to increase the monthly monitoring rate. When I contacted them the "owner" tells me that "i'm not worth dealing with" and "he's just going to send me to collections" and, here is the best part, he tells me "he makes more money than I do". LOL My advice, AVOID them at all costs. Also, check out the reviews for Monotronics on the web, they have thousands of negative reviews all across the nation. When my contract is over I will definitely be switching back to ADT!
