  • What a nightmare. I was told my move in costs would be one thing which I agreed to. So I go to move in and sign paper work. Then I'm told I have to pay $600 more. Needless to say I didn't end up renting here. They give you the run around, don't explain things and change things over and over last minute. The office staff is u professional and they have no people skills!!! To say my cosigner didn't have good or high enough credit is a joke and an excuse from management. My cosigner makes more then enough a month and their credit score is good! To tell me I am approved and advise me my deposit is waived because I have a cosigner and because I work at a hospital is what I would expect the day I go In To sign papers and move in. I don't expect to last minute be told I owe an extra $600.
