Today 2/25/16 my husband had to came up to the Abrazo Medical Group located on 444 W. Osborn Rd., Suite 200 in Phoenix. He called three times and left three messages but no calls were returned back. Once we arrived and talked to the receptionist she was very rude by the way she was talking to us and very snappy. Another worker from the back came out that remembered us from Monday the 22nd. While my husband explained the reason why he was here due to they were the ones who sent the paperwork/Rheumatology referral request over to the first place (Osteoarthritis of right knee) Anyway.
Overall for customer service I give it a 1 - need it improvement
Finally getting help regarding a new referral I give it a 2 - still need improvement
Talking to your customers snappy is a 0 - need training
Sorry but customers shouldn't be talk to in any bad way, especially elderly. Bad business.
