  • Well, First off, When I ask for an inspection of a convertible car; you promise to check on the "convertible parts" as well; if you are charging the full amount. I was asked to leave the car because the gentlemen haven't had their lunch and so as a nice person, I didn't mind that much. However, when I came back after 3 hours, they told me they didn't check the top which was totally another issue. That's absurd. Secondly, they gave me a full inspection of the car and yet they came out with 3 major problems to solve. But guess what happened, They didn't even lift the car with a rack to look at the bottom of it which they could've seen the major problem at left front wheel. Long story short, if you buy a volkswagen, you can find much better places to check your car or even asking for a repair. I hate when the owners try to take advantage of their customers with a limited knowledge of their vehicle. I'm giving only two stars not one because one gentlemen with a beard was really nice and has all good intentions in the world.
