  • I tried the carne asada frybread at my office recently. While I did enjoy the mango/cucumber salsa, the carne itself was tasteless and overcooked. Some reviewers seem to like the super light frybread - I guess that's where I'm a little old school. "Light" and "Frybread" do not belong in the same sentence! The portion was large - and it was a nice change of pace from my regular work dinners. I don't know that I would actively seek out Emerson, but if they come back to my office, I'd absolutely go with a honey/powdered sugar frybread for dessert!
