  • I am so disappointed in this store! I have had a membership for over 10 years at Costco and went in to the Henderson location. I had $145 worth of merchandise and went to check out and my membership expired. I get paid on Friday and asked if they could override it this once until I got paid. They called a supervisor and was I was told they couldn't get the override. I explained the situation and he said it didn't matter...no override. They lost a sale and a long standing customer. I will NOT re-up my membership now and just continue going to SAM's Club!
