You would think with so many negative reviews, something would change. Same story for me. I walk in, no acknowledgement of my existence. No smiles. I couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't. I had a bunch of stuff and no one asked if they could hold it for me or start a dressing room. Once I finally got to the dressing room, the "assistant" was little help. They actually have a sign posted to please remove your items when you leave. I'm fine with doing that, but please understand it is not my job to do that. You do not pay me. I work retail. I do it at my job and we would never think to ask our customers to do that. The sign that requests that parents watch their children is not enforced. There was actually a family (I kid you not) playing baseball in the store. I don't particularly want your kid hitting me in the head with a ball while I'm trying to buy something. Back to the employees. I asked about a skirt on a mannequin and the woman who I assume is a manager basically rolled her eyes and asked another girl to help me...in Spanish. I understand Spanish even if I can't speak it well and I was very disappointed in the annoyance she expressed. The lady that helped me find the skirt was sweet. I liked her. Unfortunately, she was the only good employee there. If I acted like that at my own job, I would be fired. This place needs an immediate overhaul.
