Signed up for the Hoover Dam tour. The A/C broke on the bus half way to our destination. Instead of getting the bus replaced or fixed by the company we had to ride it back to LV (over an hour) in July heat. Not only the AC didn't work but the driver couldn't turn even the fan on.
Due to this issue we couldn't even hit the stops that were included in the trip.
Called customer service asking for at least 30% refund. They could've ended the whole issue right there. However I was told by the very unfriendly customer service rep that their fee is non-refundable. Unacceptable. Never again.
I am filing a complaint with the NV Transportation Authority.
