We ordered a washer and dryer from this location and wanted a non he washer for the reason that we wanted enough water in the washer to wash our clothes properly. We have previously had a bad experience w he washers. We ended up w a he washer and hated it. We went in a little over 30 days to see if we could exchange the set for a non he set. We were expecting it to be a huge hassle w shipping, cost, and it being just over the 30 day return period. Luckily we talked to Charles S. Who worked w Marietta the manager and they helped us out. We ended up getting what we originally wanted (non he) and there wasn't any hassle about shipping or anything. It was just a refreshing change of pace to not have to hassle for an exchange. I highly recommend Sears, their products, and prices. If you go to this location ask for Charles, he is super knowledgeable and friendly and made our experience so much better than what we were expecting. Also, we were inquiring about microwaves and he taught us about the different exhaust settings, this is something even our handyman was not able to educate us about. Thank you Charles.
