Worst customer service I've ever had. We were so excited for our family trip this weekend. We booked earlier in the week and I had specifically called to find out what I needed to bring with. I was told ID, credit card, a pay stub and piece of mail such as a Utility bill with my address on it. I arrived and was allow ledges for five minutes. Then "Keith" was incredibly rude and lacked any form of customer service when he refused to rent me a car due to having an out of state license. I've NEVER had an issue renting before with my license. My husband is military, therefor I don't get a new license every time we move. I changed the reservation to my husbands name and went home. My husband returns to rent our car with all the necessary documents and is again refused... Because I haven't paid my electric bill? Which not only is none of their business but also is paid, I just brought in the bill as it proves my address. Why the hell should that matter? The purpose is to prove my address, which it does. Incredibly frustrated we cancelled our reservation and went to Hertz across the way where we rented a car in under ten minutes with no reservation. I will never gives this company a penny of my money. Their reps are unprofessional and lack customer service skills of any sort, and as a business manager I would fire my employees for treating me customers this way. Go to Hertz, much better service.
