  • If you are reading this, you probably have never heard of Bingsoo. Well Bingsoo is Korean, and it means shaved ice desert. However, unlike shaved ice. They use a special machine that makes ice sand, so the texture is very fine and almost like powder. It is sooo good, and not heavy at all! They put different toppings on it from fresh fruit, chocolate to mochi balls. It's like a Korean version of the Filipino Halo-Halo, but better in my opinion. I think the secret is the machine that makes it pure and powdery like snow. It's the first Korean Bingsoo cafe in Arizona, so better try it! Check the hours before checking it out. The place is brand new, so they are testing the popular hours of the day. This cafe is a few doors down from Asian Cafe Express. My other favorite establishment! Very convenient from the light rail, and there's plenty of parking here if you are driving. I hope them much success because I want to come back here, and try the other flavours. Super delish!
