There was no line when we went to rent our car. However, the price that we originally thought quickly doubled once the protection plan and additional driver charges were added. We weren't able to use the card that we wanted because the main driver and the name didn't match so we had to switch our payment option. There were lots of cars available and we were able to pick our own car which was cool. But all the other companies had your car waiting for you with the AC on and helped you load your luggage. Remaining hopefully that we don't have a bad review at the end of the week.
*UPDATE*
We've had the car for less than 24 hours and we are already having difficulties. The cigarette lighters don't work so we aren't able to use them to charge our phones or gps... both are essential for a vacation in a state that you are not familiar with. The offices are closed on Sundays so we are now trying to repair it ourselves. It's a good thing we know how to fix vehicles otherwise we'd be screwed. Not impressed
