| - Here is the email I sent to Anthony, the owner of Adobe, after a slew of lies and misinformation. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
Don't get me wrong, the tech who performed the work was very nice but my carpet was left ripped and no one from Adobe cared.
'Hi Anthony,
Its unfortunate that you, as the owner of the company and someone who stands by their work, couldn't give me the courtesy of a phone call to discuss the poor service and lies I received from your company.
After being lied to from Fran as to why our original appointment on the 18th at 4pm had to be moved, I came to find out that apparently Jimmy booked the appointment and did not do so correctly based on his lack of abilities, as validated by both Fran and the tech who cleaned our carpet.
Furthermore, we were quoted 3 different prices for the stairs, of which we were charged the highest. Fran also indicated that my husband advised the tech or carpet was ripped; which again is untrue. My husband and the tech had a discussion about the carpet padding and agreed a thicker pad could have been used. I certainly wasn't expecting Adobe to rip my carpet (as I stood and watched it happen) and then accuse me and tell me it's my issue.
After being lied to by multiple at your company, at this point all I can say is that I'm extremely disappointed and cannot, in good faith, recommend your company.
I sincerely hope your other customers have better experiences.'
