  • This is my regular yoga place, because the location is just really convenient for me. I went to their new location opening and the space is really nice and open. Lots of natural lighting during the day as well. Their main practice is anusara, which I was not a big fan of from my previous experiences but am starting to warm up to it. I've always been a fan of flow yoga and hot yoga - so this was definitely a change. I really like that the instructor tries to learn your name. The class that I go to on Thursdays is not too big so it allows the instructor to really interact with the students. Downside of this place is that there's only 1 single washroom, and no showers. I find that it's fine if I come already dressed in gear, and I don't need an immediate shower unless it's hot yoga anyway. I'm sure they will be upgrading this, at which point I would give 4 stars.
