  • I would not recommend this place to anyone. When purchasing the vehicle I was promised to have the stars on my windshield fixed and the repairs were listed on the contract. After going in to the office several times the repairs were never done. Finally, I spoke with Sue about getting the car fixed. She stated the man who made those promises was no longer employed with their company. When I told her that he had included the repairs in the contract she then said 'Well what do you want me to do?'. Again I asked for the car to be fixed. She promised to call when their windshield guy was in so I could take the car to get fixed. She never called. I tried several times to have it fixed and was always told I would receive a call that never came. Sue even went as far as saying they would come out to my work to fix the windshield but it never happened! They also switched my in house financing to Mid-Atlantic Finance Company without any notification whatsoever. I was notified instead by the finance company. Just an overall terrible company to work with. It's unfortunate to follow a contract and make payments on time but not have the company do the same.
