  • Wow!!! If your in a RUSH.. And I do mean RUSH... Come here!! I came in, almost stumbling over myself due to a screw in my tire and wanting to get to Phoenix ASAP!! Brent greeted me at the door and just as quickly as I entered, we went to inspect my tire!! I explained I was hoping for a patch; then realizing the screw was super close to my sidewall, he offered to put my spare on or sell me new or used tire. I explained I would probably have to buy a cheap used tire and come back to purchase new tires once the boyfriend was with me.. Brent was quick to find me a solution !!! His solution was even better than I could have hoped for; he offered to let me borrow a used tire for my car as long as I promised to come back .... Wow!! How awesome!!! It gets better.!!! If ever it could!! I then remembered that upon my vehicles inspection at Toyota, they had told me the wrong tires were on my car (had gotten 2 new tires in Buckeye months back - not this location) he said the screen said they were correct but again went and checked my tires. Sure enough they were wrong and Brent was quickly typing away for a solution. He explained they didn't have the tires we had paid for here but he could order them for me. Again.. WOW! The tires weren't near by either, so he said someone would have to pick them up at some point (maybe on way into work or something) but still, what AMAZING... No EXEMPLARY service!! I sit here waiting for my car just totally impressed and relieved! I have a tire being put on to BORROW until I come back for the new tires!! He said they will fix their mistake no charge and naturally I will GLADLY pay for the other 2 new tires!!! THANK YOU BRENT AND DISCOUNT TIRE!!!! You guys have made my day!!!!
