  • This place is a nightmare. If I can I would give no stars. I always take my mom to her doctor appointments because of language barrier. My mom was seeing Dr Foster at one point for about several months, her appointments get book fast and at least several weeks or months out. My mom liked Dr Foster because she was caring and thorough, but the last couple appts. The waiting time was ridiculous, I mean it was at least an hour wait to see Dr Foster and when we go in it only last 5-15 min or less. There was one appt that I got so frustrated, we were there 20 min early for her appt and we knew we have to wait. So 30 min later after the actual appt time I was checking with the ladies in the front to see how much longer. They said not sure? I was like can you please find out so I know what the estimated time. Well she came back and it said it would be another 10 min. I thanked her and next thing I know it's been 30 min still waiting in the lobby. So it's been an actual hour wait not including the time I got in early because I knew it wasn't there fault i came early. Well anyway, I went up again and asked hey it's been more than 10 min, can you please let me know what's the problem. The front desk said she is actually behind and it would be another 20 min or we can reschedule. I was furious that she lied to me and said we can reschedule. Are you kidding me? This appt was booked a month advance and telling me I have to reschedule like I was late. We shouldn't be suffering the consequences, the front desk girls should be upfront and let the patients know that the doctor is running behind and ensuring that they care. I was adamant to find out what my mom is here for and if anything give me an option to see another doctor or at least have a nurse assistant tell us the info. Anyway, another front desk jumped in the conversation and stated they apologize we can switch another doctor and she will follow up with me the reasoning her appt. So I booked a new appt for my mom with Dr Black. Went to see him couple times it was alright and the wait time was decent. Well today, it was my mom 2 month follow up and got a called the previous day to confirm appt. we got there 20 min early and like again no expectations to be called early. Well an hour coming up we haven't got called in yet and I talked to the gal at the front. What's the eta. She said it shouldn't be no longer 20 min from your appt schedule. lol I said it's been awhile and she went somewhere in the back. She said the doctor is behind and it would be another 20 min. She said we can rescheduled and I said no I don't want to reschedule. Can you please find out what my mom is here for and is it something the doctor can call me or have the nurse assistant tell me. She said I am not sure what's the follow up regarding. Well I told you please talk to his assistant. So the assistant came up the lobby told me the info and asked if I would like to reschedule. I said no at this time. I would like to have the doctor call me if it's necessary or emergency to come in because I am looking to see my mom primary care doctor refer to another place. This place is so horrible and the front desk girls don't care at all. This is such a horrible experience and customer service. They either need to learn how to communicate better and learn to schedule appts. I am very certain they are overlapping appts for the specific doctor.
