  • I've been coming here since I moved to Brampton about a year ago. The workers can be nice but others are extremely rude. I walked in this afternoon and the eyebrow lady was on the phone so I stood in the front waiting to be acknowledged. No hello or please be seated for your turn or anything. She just turned and walked away. So incredibly rude. I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to be serviced around here. She's the lady with the rainbow colored hair. Once when I came previously, she told me I had hyper pigmentation on my skin due to stress. When my turn finally came she called me and did my eyebrows and was nice but I still don't understand how the place works people were coming constantly and there was no record of who came before who it was just a matter of first come first serve they should hire somebody who is at the front desk and their whole job is just to welcome people tell people how long the wait is going to be and take payment this would help the place run a lot smoother.
