  • If you want a super good workout, this is it. The employees are also very nice. Butttttttttt........ The prices for this place are OUT OF CONTROL! We bought a groupon to try it out and see what it was all about and we were literally hassled EVERY TIME we went in to sign up. They wanted $197 each for my husband and I just to sign up, then $250 a month. Nowadays that is a lot of money to work out. There is no actual sparing, it is strictly a work out. I couldn't learn self defence in this class. There are other gyms out there that offer more for cheaper and the owners and instructors are equally, if not more skilled than these guys. We have about 5 more classes to go to that we already bought but don't want to be hassled. I'm glad I didn't sign up the first day, I could get this same work out at a gym that offers kickboxing as a class for about $20 a month.
