First off! Go read all the unrecommended reviews at the bottom of their yelp page! This business pays Yelp to have the bad reviews hidden to increase their star rating!!! I will rate them 5 stars so it takes longer for them to find this bad review!
They damaged my car, refused to refund, then yelled at us to leave cause we were causing a scene by complaining!
Came here as a treat to my husband. He works hard so I wanted him to get to sit back and enjoy having someone else wash his car. (Wash was $20 for the supreme full service wash) Well we we went to get in the truck after the 30 minute process, the attendant said everything went smooth, but a part came off........ ??? What?
The manager Gustavo came over, and said it's the used car dealerships fault (Nationwide Nissan) cause the double sided tape they used was placed on top of old tape. But he tells us if we go buy the tape, which should be $4, he'll repair it.
We go to autozone and buy the tape he told us to, it was $18 (the car wash was $20 by the way) and we head back.
As he is repairing it, I notice more damage that's new. The bolt that attached the cord to the tailgate to the truck bed had come loose, detaching from the tailgate, and instead of fixing, it the attendants had slammed it shut, with the bolt hanging out of the truck, so it chipped the tail light! Also the cowing that sits between the windshield and the hood had been ripped off on the passenger side.
And the passenger side back mudflap was pushed away from the truck bottom.
When we asked for a refund since not only was the car damaged from the car wash, and we had to pay money to have it fixed, the car was still filthy, the manager Joey started raising his voice and told us just to leave. We said we weren't leaving with a damaged car. So they hurried and reattached the siding and then we left.
So rude, so unprofessional and I will never return
here!

Thanks for the sarcastic apology. Greatly appreciated. And actually you CAN pay to have yelp reviews hidden Jason. We did ask for a refund actually. The girls at the counter said to talk to Gustavo. And when we did, Gustavo became upset and the other manager started yelling. We tried explaining what a huge inconvenience the experience was. (It took over an hour before we were done there) And we were not "asked to leave", we were told that we could leave if we didn't want to spend another half hour there having the truck's siding retaped. I was not "unprofessional" until your manager started accusing us of lying about the damages. We are very honest people, and would never do something like that. There's a serious issue with your auto carwash as it scratched my brand 2017 new Honda civics paint. My husband and I both thought it was a fluke and still came back cause we loved the experience of getting to watch my car go through, and the quick service. We were even gonna sign us both up for the monthly membership. Obviously we should have just stayed away.
So here's a sarcastic apology for you too, cause those are so appreciated, I'm so sorry that I was an "unprofessional" customer. So sorry I got upset and distraught when our truck was damaged and not even clean after a $20 car wash.
So here's me asking again, can we please have a refund? If not for the siding coming off and other damages, maybe a refund since the truck wasn't even clean, still had a dirt film, and had greasy tire spray splattered all over it?
