  • Went in to buy a gift and was pleasantly surprised by the service - Susan, the SA was very helpful, combing through the drawers of ties to help me find what I was looking for and even held them all up so I could step back and see them from a distance. She was very warm and not pushy at all and I'll definitely go back for my next purchase. Some high-end stores can be so snooty but I didn't feel that way at all with Hermes
