I heard great reviews about Limited Edition, so naturally I called to make an appointment. My call went through to their answering service, which was fine, so I gave them my information and I was told I would be called back the next day. I never got a call from Limited Edition so I called once more the day after that. The receptionist, or whoever I talked to, was extremely rude on the phone and told me the colorist I asked to make an appointment with was busy and would call me back later. I once again gave them my information and said I was ready to make an appointment. Again I never received a call back from them.
Limited Edition, if you want to make and keep new clients, I would highly suggest improving your customer service.
