  • Terrible customer service, terrible workflow. These people will get you on they service contract and give you one chance to respond to their call. If you miss their car, overlook their message, etc they ASSUME you don't want your interior sprayed. They'll come at their convenience, "spray" the exterior, and leave you with the bill. They do not work with your schedule, if you have a full-time job, forget it. Their spray DOES NOT prevent against common household insects. Either they lied about spraying or their concentration is noneffective, sprayed in January infested by February. Trying to get them to come back out is an absolute pain - i refused to pay until they "completed" a job and they refuse to complete a job until I pay. Will not recommend, will not renew.
