There is zero customer service at First Service Residential. Phone calls are not returned. My invoice doesn't reflect actual balance and if payment is called in, the balance given may not be accurate. That happened to me and it has cost me an additional $150. Payment was made before demand letter sent but because their third party payment center doesn't turn payments over when my bank pays I was charged extra money. Payment shows it was made two days after my bank had released funds to payment processor. My requests for property manager to call me went unanswered until I repeated call request. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that Jessica was the manager but later found out she was just another employee. Not very professional to lie to customers - but I don't expect much. Next time I have to call them I must remember to dumb down because there doesn't appear to be any smarts in the customer care group. The reason - I believe - residents are not customers, they are prisoners and can be mistreated as much as they want..
If I had it to do over again, and I very well might, I would not deal with First Service Residential. They are one of the worst companies I've ever had to work with. I'm sure there are home just as nice that don't come with the bad experience brought to you by First Service Residential.
