  • Terrible customer service! I just got off the phone with "Nick" who quoted $950 for a gas water heater, I asked for a breakdown of labor and how much the tank itself... hoping they have different styles n prices. Nick told me it's the company price n if we didn't like it we can just call somebody else n hung up. It sounded like he was playing video games in the background, aparently the games are more important than businesses. Great advise to all who want to use this company from their representative, "call somebody else!"
