| - Sunday Night - DRAT! A barely year-old crown from another dentist pops out of my mouth for the 2nd time!
Monday - on the recommendation of my boyfriend, I call "Happy Tooth" (pet name due to that cute logo). They're right in my neighborhood and Valerie (front desk sweetheart) is able to set me up with an appointment that same day. She also makes me aware of an Internet special for a full exam (only $30! Thanks, Valerie!)
Monday I meet with Dr. DeMark to asses my situation. Warm, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, answered my questions, did not feel rushed... just great!
Jan, the xray tech (ditto above adjectives) did a great job doing my state-of-the-art full-head x-rays and toured me through the place explaining/showing me how new teeth are made RIGHT THERE on the same day...yes, that means, no molds, no temporarily crowns, and no coming back to get the permanent tooth put in. Wow!
Sarah, the dentist hygienist finished up the exam (ditto above adjectives, really so nice) and then I was scheduled to do the extensive dental work just two days later (turns out I needed work on two teeth and a second crown had to be made).
Wednesday - Met again with Dr. DeMark (superhero of dentists in my opinion) and Yhony, his assistant (ditto above adjectives). My gums were numbed with topical ointment first (always appreciate that) before Dr. DeMark did the injections (which he did very easily and quick - thank you!). Both were so great - explained everything, worked quickly/confidently, answered questions, and entertained me with goofy dentist silliness - as they fixed my dental dilema.
I couldn't believe they fixed the first tooth and gum as fast as they did and then started on my second issue. I loved watching Yhony sculpt my new tooth on the computer (still think he should have signed his initials to that work of art!). Both were so thorough, making sure I was ok seriously every 30 seconds (maybe more!). For you TV lovers, yes, you can watch a ba-zilion channels if you want but I mostly enjoyed daydreaming out the window...Was I really there 3 hours??? Bottom line - both teeth look and feel great.
Later at the front desk, Sandy (ditto above adjectives), explained to me the payment plan through CareCredit, which I am so grateful for.
It's no wonder my boyfriend calls this place "Happy Tooth"!
You will, too. Seriously, give them a call. A great team all around. Bravo.
