  • I normally don't review on franchise stores but this time I had to only because of the service. My phone happened to be running out of battery really fast and of course I didn't have a charger near me so I decided to buy a portable charger. There were a lot of options and I didn't know what to buy because I wasn't sure if I should get a booster for the phone or an actual charger. Eventually I found somebody and he was able to recommend me a charger most people tend to buy. I ended up settling with a specific charger (just wished they had a mini cable for the iPhone). Personally I thought Best Buy could've hired more knowledgable people about the product because as soon as I started asking him all these questions he seemed unsure of his responses even though he recommended it.
