  • I went looking to order a custom screen door 96 inches in height. The lady there absolutely did not want to help. She said they don't carry screen doors that size. I said is there anything we can do she said she need to know the make of the door. I said there was no name just a regular old door. She said she could not help unless she knew the name of the door. I said well can we think of other solutions. She said she could custom order me a door since it was a taller door, then she came back and kept saying if it did not fit we could not return it. I said I was ok with that, then she wanted t know if I wanted a vinyl or wood I went with vinyl then she said she can't help me. I had my contractor talk to her and he got nowhere. We will be going in together to another store from now on out. Absolutely horrible service, she did not want to be there.
