If I could rate this company any lower I would. I was services by this company through my home warranty. Came out to my house and filled my unit with refrigerant.. Two weeks later my AC unit was blowing warm air. Again, contracted through my home warranty I was put in contact with Air Squad. I called their office Wednesday evening after placing the service request and was told that someone would be in contact with me on Thursday. Called Thursday and was told a tech would be out between 3-6. At 430 secondary to weather in our area I was told that they would need to reschedule... Office staff was very rude and unaccomadating (I have two small children in the house in Las Vegas summer heat). On Thursday I was told someone would come out Friday between 6-9 pm.. No call, no show! At 0950 I receive a voicemail from a tech stating they can be out to my property in 10 minutes! Really!? My entire house was asleep! So now it's Saturday morning, I call yet again to see when someone can be out to service my AC and am told that I can have it serviced on Sunday!!!! Not today but Sunday!!! Horrible company, horrible service.
