  • We have used Done Right Plumbing's services both in our businesses (restaurants) as well as at our home. Their level of customer service is exceptional. We called after hours at 6:30p for a pipe that was leaking associated with our water heater. We were hoping to get on the morning's schedule but the answering service had the technician Ryan call us back right away. He said he could be there in about 2 hours. He showed up in exactly two hours (called when he was on the way), replaced the pipe, and the cost was less than $150!?! It is this type of rare service and fair pricing that will keep us not only using Done Right for any plumbing needs but referring them to others.
