  • The show was super energetic. For being so late in the evening (9:30PM) and lasting so long (just over 2 hours), I was really afraid I would be falling asleep part-way through, but the show was so good that I found myself surprised when an hour and a half had passed without me checking my phone. The musicians were great, Matt's voice and groove were on-point, and the dancers were... okay, a little uncomfortable, but I'm sure the men enjoyed them. The theatre was SUPER intimate - I don't think it fit more than 50 people, tops - which was good, if a little loud at some points. When you go in, one of the guys who works there, like, picks out your seats for you? Our view was great, but we were pretty close to the action, and I would have liked to sit a bit further back to avoid the post-show ear-ringing. Like a previous commenter mentioned, the seats aren't very comfortable: lean back too far, and the top of the chair cuts into your back. Plenty of people were up and dancing during the show, though, so you can always get out of your seat and really participate! Personally, I'm glad I didn't sit in the front area of the theatre, as Matt really favors audience participation, and I'm not a big fan. If you go to shows to watch and not to be a part of the action, I recommend sitting further away from the stage.
