On Friday August 4th around 2:45 pm I tried to redeem a 7 day free pass I got in my email. When I got to the Scottsdale location the person at the front desk, "AJ" called himself, was totally rude. He told me the offer was expired but the way how he handled the situation was sad. He started helping someone else and gave me his back as he spoke to the other person. I work on customer service and this is totally rude to do something like this to someone who could potentially have intentions of joining the gym. I asked to speak with the head manager and he giggled about that. For a $10 dollar membership you can't expect much from their employers. Sorry YouFit but I rather pay $30 more for a place who cares about customers service.
