| - If you live in the North Hills and have any inclination toward group fitness classes whatsoever (that includes you, Thought-About-It-For-A-Second-That-One-Time-Before-Dismissing-It-Because-I-Don't-Want-To-Look-Stupid-In-Front-Of-Other-People Guy), you need to check this place out.
The prices are some of the most reasonable I've seen for classes. And no long term contracts. Everything is pay-as-you-go. The online sign-up system is convenient and easy to use, and the staff is always quick to respond to questions or issues.
The atmosphere is great--friendly and casual. Normally I'm the type of person who gets uncomfortable in groups of people I don't know, but I felt instantly at home here. It's a local operation run by a local family, and you get that "Hey, come on in!" vibe as soon as you walk in. All of the staff have been great with answering my questions and making sure I'm getting the most out of my time there.
The classes vary, so there really is something for everyone--from Kettlebells and Med Ball Mayhem to Zumba and BOSU. I've tried a lot of new things since I started going there, and every new experience has been a good one.
I wish this place nothing but massive, epic success. Best of luck to everybody at You Rock!
TL;DR: Low prices, good people, fun classes. Go.
