  • Pure + Simple staff is very knowledgeable about their products and general skincare needs. I went in when I was in the process of switching from medicated products to natural products and was breaking out like crazy. I was almost ready to go back on the medicated face wash but the staff encouraged me to stick it out as it was just a phase, and suggested some products that were very helpful. Michelle took the time to help address my skincare/make up needs when my skin was going through a transition and I wasn't sure where to start. I was given a lot of samples, and she insisted I try everything out before buying anything. I was doing a lot of research over the internet at the time, so it was nice to have someone to talk to in person. I've also had a few facials there and they have been great; relaxing, thorough with extractions, and always make my skin look and feel better. I love that they use and carry all organic products; it's great for sensitive skin like mine. The Pure and Simple line of products is really nice. They have monthly sales and a bottle-recycling program for this line. My favourite product from this line is the lactic acid; it is the best exfoliator I've ever used. I would definitely recommend this spa and the products they carry.
