  • I bought a deal on Groupon for Gold package. Three hours waiting in McDonalds. My mini SUV, I've cleaned from winter dirt and fully emptied, needs 3 hours? I'm sorry I didn't stay there to see when they started. The roof remained untouched with birds poo! Trunk wasn't cleaned at all. Glove compartment - same story. Back of the front seats have same stains as before cleaning. I asked for earlier appointment since I needed to get to child care. No problem, I came when I asked and I left when the receptionist initially said. Ended up hurrying through heavy traffic. I said I could come another day, if they were so busy to do work good and on time. But they said this happens every day.
